1. How do I place an order?
You can place an order 4 ways:
- At our showroom in Willoughby.
- On the phone, just call 02 9958 6099.
- Email us at admin@frenchaccent.com.au.
- At our online shop. Once you place an order we’ll be in contact about shipping.
2. When can you deliver?
Once an order is placed, our staff will advise the approximate delivery time. It’s normally within a 7 to 14 days. If it is a special order, it takes longer depending on the details. Please see our shipping and delivery page.
3. Can I pick up my order?
Yes, you can collect your items from our warehouse or showrooms. You’ll be notified when it’s ready for collection. Orders need to be paid for in full prior to collection.
4. Do you custom make furniture?
No, we do not custom make items, however, we provide hand painted finishes at an extra charge.
